Cedarvalle Black Forest Ham Black Skin

The hind leg of a pig that is deboned, air-dried, salt cured, and smoked, giving it a sweet, smoky and intense flavour. It’s characterized by a “black” exterior, resulting from the smoking process, with a soft pink interior. This product is delicious sliced in a sandwich or charcuterie platter or cut into cubes and added to recipes.
