Oak Manor Stilton PDO Wheel

A semi-hard blue-veined cow’s milk cheese. The flavour is complex, ranging from slightly savoury, to nutty to a slight spicy tang. The texture is dense and crumbly with a soft buttery finish. Stilton is one of England’s most iconic cheeses, and has been in production since the early 18th century. Oak Manor Stilton is produced in one of the only creameries licensed to make this product.
