Koenraad Mild Gouda Cheese

Made with whole cow’s milk, this classic, versatile, semi-hard Dutch cheese is known for its creamy texture and delicate flavour; subtle and buttery, with hints of sweetness and a gentle nuttiness. Typically pale ivory on the inside with a wax-coated rind, gouda pairs well with fruits, nuts, crusted bread, can be enjoyed on its own or is a great melting cheese option, resisting browning and flowing well when melted. Gouda is a good source of phosphorus, vitamin B12, calcium, protein and zinc.
