Casa Italia Vera Mortadella Original

Mortadella is made of finely ground, heat-cured pork. It is flavoured with spices, including whole or ground black pepper and dotted with cubes of fat. Slice thinly and drape in an Italian style sandwich, cut into cubes and serve with a toothpick as part of an antipasto platter, or cut into thick slabs and grilled like a steak.
La mortadelle est composée de viande de porc finement hachée et séchée à la chaleur. Elle est aromatisée avec des épices, notamment du poivre noir entier ou moulu, et parsemée de cubes de graisse. Elle peut être coupée en fines tranches et utilisée dans un sandwich à l’italienne, coupée en cubes et servie avec un cure-dent dans un plat d’antipasto, ou coupée en tranches épaisses et grillée comme un steak.
