Casa Italia Grandoro Prosciutto Cotto Mini

A smaller version of Prosciutto Cotto, the hind leg of a pig that has been expertly seasoned and then roasted at a controlled temperature. The colour is a soft shade of pink with the flavour of a delicately roasted ham. This gorgeously tender meat should be sliced paper thin, and draped over a fresh baked piece of crusty bread, accompanied by bold cheeses and a crisp drink. This product has the skin removed, and is deboned for easy slicing.
