Zanetti Montasio Cheese

Montasio is a semi-firm cow’s milk cheese with a smooth creamy texture and a mild, nutty flavour. It’s characterized by the presence of tiny holes, or “eyes” speckled throughout the interior of the cheese. Serve this cheese alongside Italian deli meats and pickled vegetables for a traditional antipasto platter. This product is imported from the Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto provinces of Italy.
