Zanetti Fontina Val D’Aosta DOP

Traditionally made from the milk of the Valdaostan Red Spotted cows, this is a semi soft, creamy, rich but mild cheese. Ideal for melting into the traditional fonduta, a sauce in which the cheese is melted into eggs and cream and served over pasta, and bread. Pairs with full bodied red wines.
