A traditional medium-hard “brown” cheese from Norway. It’s made with cow and goat’s whey, and has been in production for over 130 years. The flavour is naturally sweet, with a caramel-like and the texture is smooth, creamy, buttery. Cut into wafer thin slices, and enjoy over crackers or crispbread, and tart green apple slices. It can also be blended or melted into recipes to add a sweet richness.
