Ines Rosales Sesame & Sea Salt Savoury Olive Oil Biscuits

Round cracker of irregular thickness and slightly flaky. Homogeneous roasted brown. Savory sesame seeds and extra virgin olive oil. A traditional product from Seville, Spain, this product is still handmade with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and individually wrapped in waxed paper. The recipe remains unchanged since 1910. An excellent vehicle for a tapas platter, on which to place cheeses, meats and garnish to form a perfect bite.
