Felsineo Mortadella OF

Mortadella is made of finely ground, heat-cured pork. It is flavoured with spices, including whole or ground black pepper and dotted with cubes of fat. Slice thinly and drape in an Italian style sandwich, cut into cubes and serve with a toothpick as part of an antipasto platter, or cut into thick slabs and grilled like a steak.
