Auricchio Saracino

A semi-hard sheep’s milk cheese aged for 6 weeks. The flavour is mildly tangy with a springy texture. Enjoy this cheese as a snack, or cubed into salads. It also ads an excellent creaminess to sandwiches without overpowering the other ingredients.
Fromage au lait de brebis à pâte mi-dure affiné 6 semaines. La saveur est légèrement piquante avec une texture printanière. Dégustez ce fromage en collation ou en cubes dans des salades. Il ajoute également une excellente onctuosité aux sandwichs sans dominer les autres ingrédients.
