Oak Manor Port Wine

A semi hard cow’s milk cheese flavoured with port wine. The flavour is savoury and complex, an aromatic wine-y finish. The colour is a deep purple, and the texture is firm and creamy. This cheese needs very little adornment, serve alongside toasted nuts and dried fruit.
