EMMA® Pecorino Pepato

A hard, sheep’s milk cheese dotted with black peppercorns. The texture is dry, and grainy and the flavour is intesly salty with a warm spice imparted by the peppercorns. Excellent for grating into recipes, when you need a added salty bite. Ideal also for shaving over salads and cut and served on a cheeseboard.
