EMMA® Monterey Jack – Coloured Cheese

A medium-hard cow’s milk cheese with a very mild, almost sweet flavour and creamy, firm texture. The colour is derived from annatto, a natural, tasteless colouring agent. This cheese is ideal for melting into mexican style recipes, like quesadillas, burritos and queso dip. This product is packaged in large, food service format.
