EMMA® Crushed Tomatoes – Domestic

Whole tomatoes: skin, seeds and all, are blended and crushed into chunky puree. The lack of water, yet still somewhat chunky texture of these tomatoes bake very well. Enough moisture will evaporate to leave a flavourful, textural sauce without it becoming too paste-like.
