Piaceri D’Italia Roasted Prosciutto Cotto With Herbs

Prosciutto Cotto is the hind leg of a pig that has been expertly seasoned with fine herbs and then roasted at a controlled temperature. The colour is a soft shade of pink with the flavour of a delicately roasted ham. This gorgeously tender meat should be sliced paper thin, and draped over a fresh baked piece of crusty bread, accompanied by bold cheeses and a crisp drink. This product is deboned for easy slicing.
