A semi-hard blue-veined cow’s milk cheese. The flavour is complex, ranging from slightly savoury, to nutty to a slight spicy tang. The texture is dense and crumbly with a soft buttery finish. Stilton is one of England’s most iconic cheeses, and has been in production since the early 18th century. Oak Manor Stilton is produced in one of the only creameries licensed to make this product. Enjoy crumbled over salads, soups, vegetable dishes and steak. Blend into recipes, vinaigrettes and sauces for an added savoury richness. This product is broken down into 150 g pieces for your convenience.
