Oak Manor Double Gloucester & Stilton

Combination of Double Gloucester & Blue Stilton. The sharpness of the Stilton is offset by the creamy, mildness of the Gloucester. This is an excellent “beginner blue” cheese, for those unaccustomed to the sharpness of more mature blue cheese. Serve pieces cut in vertical sticks to ensure a little of everything, on a cheeseboard alongside toasted nuts, celery sticks, and dried fruit.
