Ready to eat tomato sauce prepared with locally grown tomatoes and fragrant herbs. The texture is smooth, yet unstrained with some seeds and skins left from the tomatoes. The colour is deep red, speckled with seeds and herbs imparting a well-seasoned, herb-y flavour. To prepare, heat the sauce and toss with your favourite cooked pasta.
