A medium-hard cow’s milk cheese with a mildly sweet , herbaceous flavour and creamy, firm texture. This cheese is characterized by walnut-sized holes or “eyes” throughout the center. Melt this cheese into recipes or cut into cubes or sticks and enjoy as a snack. This product is packaged in large, food service format.
