Duero Valdeon Blue IGP

Valdeon is a blue cheese made from cow’s milk wrapped in sycamore leaves. The flavour is intense and sharp with aromas of damp earthiness imparted from the leaves. The texture is creamy and compact with slight crumbliess, with inky ble veining throughout the interior. Cut and serve alongside traditional Spanish tapas dishes.
