Manchego is the king of Spanish cheese, produced in the La Mancha region of central Spain since 1200BC. A semi-hard sheep’s milk cheese, aged for 3 months with a creamy, herbaceous and a hint of savoury flavour and a compact, waxy texture. Enjoy this cheese alongside traditional Spanish tapas dishes. This product is cut and packaged into 150g wedges for your convenience.
