A traditional cured pork sausage from Spain prepared with minced lean and fatty pork meat, and aromatic spices such as garlic, black pepper and paprika. As a dry cured sausage, this product is fully edible on its own, and it can also be cooked into recipes as an aromatic base to add savoury flavour to rice and pasta dishes, soups, and stews.
