Ducato Italian Prosciutto Boneless

Prosciutto is the dry cured hind leg of a pig, all natural pork raised without the use of antibiotics. This product does not involve the application of heat to cook the meat, it is hung instead in a temperature-controlled cellar for approximately 10-12 months to cure. The bone is removed for convenience and easy slicing.
Le prosciutto est la patte arrière d’un porc séchée à sec. Il s’agit d’une viande de porc entièrement naturelle, élevée sans utilisation d’antibiotiques. Ce produit n’implique pas l’application de chaleur pour cuire la viande, mais il est suspendu dans une cave à température contrôlée pendant environ 10 à 12 mois pour durcir. L’os est retiré pour faciliter le tranchage.
