Von Mühlenen Emmentaler AOP Tradition Premier Cru
This Emmentaler cheese is first class given its complete whole round shape, produced exclusively in the Emme valley; selected, and ripened for 14 months in humid cellars at a temperature of 13° C. This results in an Emmentaler with a pure, savoury and traditional flavour. This cheese is AOP which stands for “Appellation d’Origine Protégée”; in English “Protected Designation of Origin” (PDO).
