A special variety of Gruyere, a hard cow’s milk cheese with a compact and slightly grainy texture with a wonderful complexity of flavours: fruity with an earthy and nutty finish. This cheese is matured exclusively in Fribourg for 14 months, in western Switzerland, and 4 time winner of the title Best Cheese at the World Cheese Awards. Enjoy this cheese cut on a cheeseboard accompanied by dried fruits, toasted nuts and red wine.
