Medium-hard cow’s milk cheese aged for 5 weeks with a sweet, herbaceous flavour, and firm creamy texture. This cheese is characterized by it’s large holes or “eyes” throughout the interior. Melt this cheese into recipes, slice into sandwiches, or cut into cubes or sticks and enjoy as a snack.
